The food for breakfast, especially cereals and pastries, was incredible. I had a suite it was stylish. This accommodation was in the very central location close to the underground.
Views were not so great.

Greatly enjoyed this reliable accommodation with pretty friendly and super friendly staff with excellent customer service. The location was marvellous and lovely, for example, a modern art gallery was at a medium distance from the hotel. Furthermore, close to many excellent restaurants.

Amiable staff and amazing location close to many excellent restaurants, everything was nice. The rooms were neat and functional with lovely views of London skyline towards Waterloo. Coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator were available...

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was really good, right at the foot of the famous Shard and right on top of the London Bridge tube station. It was also great to be so close to attractions like Borough Market and London Bridge. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good-sized towels. We also appreciated the extra touches, like the welcome drink and the goodie bag.
We would highly recommend this hotel to families.

our stay there was fairly nice. everything was excellent here. good hot and exceptionally good full english breakfast with gluten-free food, really enjoyed the food choices. the stuff where very welcoming, took care of us during 2 days stay.
